I have done my bit to participate in ServiceNow's App Engine Studio challenge. To be true to its no-code / low-code nature, I decided to use one of the AES templates to build a performance evaluation application. #BuildWithAES
1. Used template "Performance Review Template"
2. Created app "Perforater"
3. Looked up and down for a few mins until the app was created 🙂
4. Reviewed the app as admin, created two personas (employee - "JJ employee" and manager - "JJ manager"), added appropriate roles to them, and created an evaluation record for "JJ employee"
5. Impersonated as "JJ employee", launched the performance review portal and viewed the record pending for self evaluation
6. Completed the self evaluation questions and sent it to manager using the "Send" button
7. Impersonated as "JJ manager" and completed the evaluation form of "JJ employee"
8. Logged in back as "JJ employee" to review manager's feedback and verified the status as "Confirmed"
P.S - All of these were done in less than an hour 🙂
