Hi All,
Hope you all are doing fine.
In this video, we will be looking at an amazing entity or we can call it as ServiceNow feature i.e. ServiceNow Email Filter.
According to ServiceNow,
- Email Filter is the provision provided or OOB feature which helps us to filter the inbound and outbound emails based on the defined criteria
- Using an email filter you can take action on the inbound emails based on the conditions on parameters like Headers, Subject, Sender, email body, etc
- The actiodefinened weather you want to push the conditioned email to Junk or ignored the state
This email will be in the system but will not get processed - There is another filter system address filter that helps you to either block or whitelists the emails frspecificain domain based on the requirement
- This feature is very important in terms of getting protection against scams

I'd love to know if there is a way we can send out Non Deliverable emails from ServiceNow
Eg; No-replies
where user will send the email to ServiceNow and they get back an auto response saying this cannot be processed.
