Now Assist is GENAI capability from ServiceNow which is natively available in the platform it is available for ITSM, HRSD, CSM and code generation. This article covers data model of Now Assist with various components that are used to provide Now Assist functionality for ITSM.
Now Assist for ITSM
This functionality uses following plugins / scoped apps
Now Assist for ITSM is the main scoped app which leverages configuration from other scoped apps / plugins provided above to provide Now Assist (GEN AI) capabilities for ITSM below is the configuration for Now Assist for ITSM
One example is Resolve UI action which uses script include NowAssistItsmGenAIUtils and NowAssistItsmGenAIUtilsSNC the same is depicted in the data model
Similarly, all the objects that are part of Now Assist for ITSM are depicted in this data model
