Hi Vivek,

How do you guys use this questionnaire and what level a candidate is it meant for?
How do you feel the questions have worked?
And, what experience in the platform does the interviewer have?

I use different strategies for interviews based on role, or the questions you've outlined.

Say an architect vs developer vs integrator vs admin vs a partner will all see different questions. The basic idea is, no questions that can be looked up in an guide or doc should be asked, as potential and experience show indirectly. For example, our JavaScript questionnaire for team leads, partners and ServiceNow Engineers are about JavaScript the language. The test reveals problem solving capabilities in JavaScript, and who wont need to be retaught JavaScript. 

A problem is given to solve in the platform through pair programming where attention is paid to what is said and how it's done. A candidate to fill a team lead position should then showcase that he understands how to compose code, what patterns are best to follow and why. Allowed are docs to look up API calls, be it SNow or JavaScript. We don't necessarily care that a candidate is intimate with API calls, because at this level scalability and architectural experience are preferred over API intimacy. We even help craft the solution when experience is clearly visible.

Though I highly recommend to go through the ServiceNow Courses. Should be start with Admin one.

And I think If you have experience in ServiceNow then interview should be based on your experience and

particular works you have done in servicenow.

This is a good list, thanks for posting this. I would probably remove some of the CMS stuff and build out a list of more specific Service Portal related questions. This was useful for me to brush up.
