I see some ServiceNow translation related question posts on our Community. I like to share my accepted answers here.
Step 1 - Translation configurations:
- Activate local Translation Plugin, such as: I18N: Brazilian Portuguese Translationsor I18N: Spanish Translation
- Activate the Dynamic Translationplugin (com.glide.dynamic_translation)
- Enable glide.knowman.translation.enable_translation_task property
- Configure the Dynamic Translationframework for the translation service provider ((IBM, Microsoft and Google) – you can easy to configure translation service from IBM and Microsoft rather than Google.)
Step 2 – Translation process - please review KB dynamic translation hands-on demo for your reference. Your app (Service Catalog, Incident and KB article, etc.) translation process shall be similar with KB article translation.
