ServiceNow Microsoft Team Integration using MS Team Spoke
ServiceNow to Microsoft Team using Flow Design. I thought I will give it a try to see how easy that ServiceNow can be integrated into Microsoft Team
1.Create a Team channel
add application(Incoming Webhook) to the channel
give a name
create
copy URL and keep it save place
2.ServiceNow(Paris)
Activate Plugin-IntegrationHub Starter Spokes
2.Flow Designer-create new flow-->Add name and leave as global App
1. Add Tigger
Tigger=updated
Table=Incident
Condition=Assignment Group Changes to xyz
Run tigger=Once
2.Add Action:
MS Team
Post Incident Details
Webhook= URL from Ms team Webhook
Incident=Tigger=>Incident Record
Title=Trigger-?Incident Record->Short Description
Additional Message->Tigger->Incident Record->Description
3.Save and Activate
Thanks and Regards,

Suppose someone adds comment to "additional comments" field and we want those inputs to be triggered to requestor of the ticket via teams. How can we achieve this??

Anyone know how to include an MS Teams tag in this integration? If I wanted to add @servicedesk somewhere?

Hello,
I'm trying to do the same thing on Utah version but when I add the Action 'Post Incident Detail', the form I'm getting does not have the Webhook URL box. See attached screen shot.
