Hi Team,

I am trying to push the values which are there in "Change Request Value" tab to "Change Request Form" at the time of Template load.

Please refer the screenshot which I attached. (File Name : Standard Change Template.jpg)

The values of the field which are not shown in the "Change Request Form", those are :

• CI Class Custom
• Proposed Change Custom
• Value

Can anyone help me out on this. I need a solution on this in urgent basis.

Any thoughts are welcome.
