Hi Lukasz,

I am not able to configure for instance https://instance-name.companyname.net/. I am able to configure only for instance with suffix service-now.com.

Please suggest how we can configure for  service now instance like( https://instance-name.companyname.net/.).

Thank you.

Hi,

Due to Google security policy, there is a separate edition for on-prem instances.

You should install this one:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/swissnow-on-premise-servi/ggfnhpnjafcnfdccnjhohmobekdicghn

Regards

This plugin has been removed from Chrome Web Store and cannot be installed any longer.

You can bypass this limitation by installing it on an Edge browser version from the store.

One of my favorite Servicenow browser plugins, especially the Compare and copy functionality.
