Translate Ticket Fields Portal Widget

Hi Guys,

I am trying to translate the widget you see on the portal when a ticket is created. The widget is called "Tickets Fields". I would like to translate the part where the information of when the ticket is created is shown. For example, if an Incident ticket was to be created "6d ago", when the portal is translated in the Simplified Chinese it should be "6 天 ago". 

- As you can see here, the "d" for days is still showing up. I would like it to be the Simplified Chinese symbol "天". When translating back to English, it should say "6d ago".  Any ideas where I have to go to change this?
