This video provides a tour of new features in the Helsinki release, including List v3 features. List v3 is an optional feature that administrators can activate.

This video applies to ServiceNow releases starting with Helsinki.

The new features in List v3 include:

• Avatars in lists
• Lists and forms in split mode
• Redesigned filter interface
• List grouping
• Menu reorganization
• Redesigned list calculation configuration

They have certainly tricked up the list functions, the new dot walking feature is a standout.

The split pane mode is also nice to have back at least in this feature
