Washington D.C. Release Features 

 

ServiceNow released another Family Version named as Washington D.C. for early access on 1st Feb 2024. This was 23rd Release as per English alphabet. This release brings many good features with respect to Gen AI, RPA and from security perspective. Let us deep dive and see what new here 

Are you an end user, if yes, then it is best for you. In this release ServiceNow Save as Draft on catalog item form.

Now, let us move to developer side. The primarily which bring a new interface for flow, and names called Workflow Studio. A new interface and one stop shop for flow / sub flow, actions.

Now a developer can see not only all flow, but also integrations and dashboard for flow as well and in right side, developer can see the recent changes and much more.

Another and 3rd exciting feature for developer which has been added in this release, enhancement in Background script interface. A colourful and quick guide.

Now a developer can see colour Fu method and in bottom few more option added. 

Upgrades and clone are always scary and need a good attention and here in this release ServiceNow bring Clone Dashboard under Clone Admin Console.
