Its been observed that when We have enabled the Employee Service Center November Update 2022 to our Instance.
as soon as we order the Catalog Item the state of the RITM moved directly to Closed Skipped irrespective of flow/workflow attached to it.
Cause Investigated:- Due to the default value of the state in RITM was set to 7.
Steps of Investigation:-
- Right Click on State Field
- Dictionary Override
- Go to Related List-->Dictionary Override
- click on New UI Action in related list

Complete the Changes as shown below.
This issue may or may not occur to everyone, but do refer the article and save your time of investigation and workaround.
