Automated Test Framework FAQs: Can I disable rollback?
No, disabling rollback is not supported. ATF is intended to be a re-runnable test framework and as such is not designed to generate persistent data for manual testing purposes. If this feature were to be disabled, it would have unintended consequences throughout the platform with regard to instance development.
