Hola Community,
Reassignment Counter is just a field provided on Task table by ServiceNow. However, it's just more than a field when it comes to its usability. I was intrigued how straightforward yet powerful this functionality was, after all it's just one line of code.
This is quite a simple feature provided on Task and it's child tables where you can keep a counter of reassignments on a ticket. This will help in auditing a ticket, how many times ticket on an average in your organization is reassigned. After that, you can work on the actions to reduce the reassignment counts of a ticket to reduce resolution time of tickets.
