Hi,
Your screenshot is very small and so I can't really see it, but to add the Task SLA related list to the Request Item form, you navigate to your request items, then use context menu/right-click gray head and choose configure > related list, then select Task SLA > SLA, like so:
Which then results to:
Double-check that you don't have this related list set to not show, such as: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0999646

If the field has been customized in your instance, the name will appear different in your list.
Please check the field labels.

Hi @nameisnani ,
The task sla will show in the task table. In the task form, you need to add the Task SLA from Related list.
If you want to see it in Requested item, you will need to create Relationships. But that may confuse the person working on task.
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
Thanks & Regards,
Sumanth Meda
