Hi everyone,
I’m looking to set up a 24/7 service desk that operates across three regions: the UK, the US, and Singapore. I’ve tried using on-call scheduling, but it doesn’t seem to be the best fit. Does anyone have any best practices, documentation, or videos on configuring a 24/7 service desk?
Additionally, I’m trying to understand the “Follow the Sun” checkbox in the case management module but haven’t had much luck finding information. I believe this might be the solution I’m looking for.

Hey Mohamed, I can see this is an old post, but why was on call scheduling not the best fit for this?
