3rd Party making post call to ServiceNow importset [Stagging] table fails with "Handshake failure"

We have created an Inbound web service and have given endpoint to the 3rd party.
3rd party is using that ServiceNow api to make Post calls to insert some data into servicenow table.

Whenever user from the 3rd party tries to configure servicenow endpoint at there end , that user gets an error as shown in the below image [ error is also attached]

I dont think it is an SerivceNow issue. 
Can someone help me with this regards.

There is an error in the VMware workflow.

 

Please check all the sub-workflows and validate those where the ServiceNow endpoint details were added.
