Issue with "tickets" widget in pending status

Hello, community. We’re facing an issue with the widget with ID "tickets." When an RITM request is created and its status changes to "pending," the option to add comments and attach files disappears. We've checked for any ACLs but haven’t found what might be blocking it. Has anyone encountered a similar case?
