403: You do not have permissions to access this page while accessing landing page

Hi Everyone ,

I have a scope application development where i am trying to build Agent Workspace through UI Builder. I created variant for the landing pages and selected the audience in variant settings built when i logged in as user i am getting below error. Please suggest what has to be done for this issue.

I'm also getting the same error .User is abraham and he is having itil_admin role while logging throws error. I have given the canvas _user role to seems not working for me .

Any idea on this Swathi?

Though the adding role canvas_user did work, we did not want to grant that role to thousands of people.

Instead we created a ux route ACL.  For the page.

so say if our URL to the page was:

[instancename]/x/g/faceplate-search/faceplate

then the name of the ACL would be:

x.g.faceplate-search.faceplate

I am having the same issue, but when I am logging from another computer the connection is performed succefully
