8x8 pop up is coming for every page refresh for certain users in servicenow

HI All,

We have integrated 8x8 with ServiceNow using openframe configurations. And is working as expected. But there is one problem reported by the users that the 8x8 pop up is coming for every page refresh. Is there anyone who faced this issue before, if so please let me know the workaround to avoid this issue.
