A file believed to have been uploaded was not attached to the case. If the user clicks somewhere on the open case window (but outside of the upload pop up) it will cease to complete uploading the document(s). His method of attaching was the Paperclip + Choose File using Chrome.
The same thing happened using the drag-and-drop method did not upload the first time and had to be uploaded again.
There is no warning or error message alerting the user if this error occurs (there are warnings for certain other errors, such as disallowed file type).
Any suggestions, why the attachments did not upload to the case and did not give any error.
