A user not able to update RITM variable (date field)

Hi all,

 

There is a user from particular group and that is not able to update the date field on RITM but the another users from same group can update the field on RITM. What are things i need to compare to find out the root cause.

Hi @Obito 

If you have access analyzer, it’s better to use that to compare the two users and identify which roles or configurations are missing. Otherwise, it’s difficult to determine the reason for the discrepancy
