A way to select available titles?

I would like to get some advice on what the best way would be to accomplish something.  We have a need for people to select all titles on active users.  What would be the best way to make a list collector that will only show all user.title on active users and without replication?

Hi @Travis Michigan 

Instead of displaying all the titles, it's better to add all the titles in suggestions and educate users to use the suggestions when selecting a title.
