ServiceNow Email-Handling

Hello everybody, 
recently we had some questions about the ServiceNow Email handling. Emails with ran into problems sending because their size is too big, get the 'error string' - "552 5.3.4 Error: message file too big". Where is this handeled? Is this a out of the box solution, you could extend to other error types?

thank you but this is not what I am asking about. My questions concerns the worknote, which is created on a related task if a email is too big. Where is this worknote created? I could not find any record, so I was wondering, where it comes from and if it can be edited to include other smtp error codes like eg. others listed in the property 'glide.smtp.fail_message_ids'. Do you know?

Thanks for the clarification. I doubt we can access this code; it might be server-side scripting. You can log a Now Support case for further assistance.
