I have read quite a few pages and can't seem to get a clear answer. We would like to send an email to an external customer from servicenow. We utilize azure and Microsoft products and spokes available. Is it possible to have Servicenow trigger an email to be send from something like NoReply@domain.com instead of the default servicenow address? I know in the notification you can do send from but that doesn't seem to work since you are spoofing that email address. Any suggestions or ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi @Nic Omaha
No, it’s not possible — ServiceNow allows only one SMTP and one POP server configuration for handling emails.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Nic Omaha - Are you asking if you can change the send from to noreply@yourdomain.com instead of the default, or in addition to the default?
