About Customer service application scope Visibility

Hello Everyone


I need to be in the Customer Service application scope to do some work but it appears they have no ability to change application scope.
I tried using the ‘delegated developer’ role, who is an Editor, and he can see the ‘Application scope’ icon but it only shows Global as available.

Is there a way to allow him to have access to the Customer Service application scope?

Basically, the outcome I required is As Global Application is visible, I want to see Customer service application as well but we shouldn't give role as admin.

If anyone have idea about this please share me the answer ASAP. Please check the attached image as well.
