About domain migration tool

Hello everyone I am trying to install the following plugin but I can't find it in the shop. Is there still a way to use this plugin?

Hey, I am also trying to find this plugin for a PoC assessment in my PDI, which I already made Domain Separated, but I can not find it anywhere. Seems ServiceNow mentions something tht actually they don't have ... 😞 frustrating

I believe you have to request this plugin from ServiceNow Support. In the Domain Migration Tool documentation, it states;

"Note: You must request a cloned instance and request activation of the Domain Migration Tool plugin before you can use it."

So first you have to request a cloned instance and then request the Domain Migration Tool plugin to that instance.

Hi @Rodrigo Diniz we have a use case where we need to move data and process/configuration for a customer, from a domain separated instance to a dedicated single tenant instance,

will you be able to share how was your experience with 'domain separation tool', what challenges you faced and other details around this please !
