about domain

Hello, everyone.
I am planning to make 10 domains inside the same instance, then I made a business rule on one of the domains, I want to have this business rule in the remaining nine domains, what is the best way to move this business rule to other domains quickly?

Create this business rule in the parent domain so that it would run in all child domains,

Do you have a parent domain?? or its just global >Top> and child domains

ex: if all these ten domains is under Global domain > move/create BR in glonal so that it would run in all child domain.
