I have a question about Incident and Slack DM reminders.
We operate an inquiry system at Incident.
If there is no progress within 5 business days after Assigned to User replies to the comment, I would like to remind Opened by User via Slack DM.
I would like to implement it using Flow Designer. But while I know how to send a DM on Slack, I don't know how to set up a trigger.
If anyone knows, please give me an example implementation.
Also, is it possible to implement it with a simple batch system with Updated as the key?
