Hi, everyone in the community,
Regarding the Request Item in the ITSM Service Catalog, is it possible to re-edit a request item once it has been entered? I heard that this feature was implemented in the Washington version, but I couldn’t find any information about it.
If anyone knows, please let me know!
※The return feature allows an approver to send a request back to the requester or to a previous step if they determine there is an issue with the request during the approval process or workflow. By using this feature, the requester can revise the content of the request and submit it again.
