About transaction time pop-up display

When I updated to Vancouver, the UI changed from UI 16 to Next Experience, but the transaction execution time popup that was displayed in UI 16 no longer appears.
When searching for records in a particular table, the transaction execution time should have been displayed at the top of the screen if the search took a long time.
Is it possible to view transaction execution times in the same way in Next Experience?

I have the same issue, that the "Running Transcation" pop-up has disappeared, and we recently switched over to Polaris/Next Experience. Does anyone know more, or recognize this?

This seems to be an issue in Washington DC as well.  Would be nice if ServiceNow would weigh in on this.
