About Trigger Condition(Assessment and Survey)

Hi.

I would like to know about the Trigger Condition of Assessment and Survey.

My instance has 8 Assessment Metric Types including the ServiceNow default.

Among them, only one has Trigger Condition set.

I have a question here, I understand that if the Trigger Condition is not set, the survey will not be created and email notifications will not be sent.

If my understanding is wrong, please point it out.

Hello @d-aizawa ,

The Trigger Condition in Assessment and Survey determines when a survey is created and email notifications are sent. 

Your understanding is correct. If the Trigger Condition is not set for a particular metric type, the survey creation and email notifications will not be triggered for that metric type.
