Access for script

Hello, 

I have these errors in my formulaire when i add attachments to my form 

And When i want to create a Restricted Caller Access Privilege record, I have this error :

Someone can help me please ?

since that script include is in global scope please give the prefix as well in target name

global.hr_Case
