Access Issue: User Without Roles Cannot Read Custom Table Data

I created a List Collector variable to retrieve records from a custom table, applied read ACLs at the record level, and assigned the public role. Why are users without any roles—and even those with the ITIL role—still able to see the data?

 

Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I've added both the ITIL and Public roles, but the data is still not visible.

 

This is a newly developed SR, and there are currently no business rules applied.

 

I’ll go ahead and open a ticket with ServiceNow support—although it's a custom table and they may not assist, it doesn’t hurt to try.

when you login with user as itil or public then in left nav are you able to open the table using table.LIST ?

When I impersonated an ITIL user, I was able to open the record and update it. However, as mentioned earlier, the data still doesn’t display on the Self-Service Portal.  This is what ITIL users are seeing:

any query business rule is present on that custom table?
