In washington, I am now getting:
Access Denied to cryptographic module 'global.com_snc_core_automation_glideencrypter'
For guidance on this issue, please have your Security Admin refer to KB: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1112530 : no thrown error
And all the roles required to turn this back on are unavailable to me. And I don't have a HI id, so I am not allowed to ask for support to correct this security clustertruck.
Very high frustration level. How do I get this total fail scenario resolved, please?

And additionally, I have no access to the referenced KB, either, another "thanks" for nothing, ServiceNow.
