KB authors cant see their draft articles

Hello.

 in our prod kb authors cant see their articles that are in state "draft".

the user diagnostic says they should have access to it. but still they get a blank screen with lock telling them secuirty wont allow it. When they go into "unpublished" they get: Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints.

i have changed our rules in properties to allow their roles to see, and for unpublished to appear but still nothing. Whats funny that in our dev and test it works fine its just in prod.

Hi @asd22 ,

By Default, these properties controls the read access to draft KBs, so i would check below and make the changes rather than going to ACL:
