On the defect form, we have different types of view. There are some users who do not see the option to change the view. How can i give them access to change the view?

Access to changing form views is controlled by "view_changer" role. Users with that role can switch between views on any form. There is no possibility to make it available on a per table basis.

Verify by go system UI > views >serach with one of the above view and see if hidden from non admin users or any roles defined or its only form view/list view
