Hi,
I'm reaching out to explore the possibility of allowing users to access ServiceNow without entering a password, all while ensuring the security of the ServiceNow platform. Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards

Not possible as per my understanding and experience.
Everything in ServiceNow is based on user authentication and requires user credentials to perform any tasks.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

We can let the authentication happen through Single Sign On (SSO). This way, the users need not to enter the password whenever they login on the instance. The authentication and authorization could be taken care of at the LDAP layer.
Thanks & Regards
