ACL blocking access even user having role

ACL's blocking access in business services module, user is having portpolio_admin role for creating new business services but when user click on new button in the form all the fields are read it is showing , user is having but form is showing read only how can i trobleshoot ACL blcoking .

Make sure you have the correct condition for the Read ACL.

have you created Create and Read & write ACL also for this role, then only this user can be edit the fields.

create and read ACL's are there and earliar it was working now only it is not working how can i trobleshhot it
