ACL for Mid Server

I have an ITIL user trying to do a quick discovery and when he clicks on magnifying glass to select mid server he is getting security constraints. Which ACL do I need to edit for him to see the mid servers?

Hi John,

I don't know off hand, but if you go to the ecc_agent table (type ecc_agent.list) in the navigation menu filter, and choose Configure> Security Rules from the menu (make sure to elevate your access to include security_admin first) you can find out exactly what roles/rules apply.

They are able to open the mid server but not seeing anything in it.   Do I need to add the role to another ACL under ecc_agent?

Who is "they" and what do "they" need to do? What is the underlying requirement here? It might make more sense to grant the user a role that can read the table rather than change the table ACL which may grant the wrong people additional access.

They are the desktop techs that need access to scan newly computers that are just built so the CI will get captured in CDMB instead of waiting for Discovery to run.
