ACl for multiple roles not working

All the fields except Comments should be read only to everyone

but for  Assignee and users having CAB Manager role and Change Manager role its should be editable

i did the following and it didnt work

Hi 

Try writing ACL's with your roles in the following order :-

 

read - table.none

write - table.none

write - table.*

write - table.comments

 

Now this will make the comments field writeable, rest will be readonly.

no as admin i was checking coz other than the defined roles it should have been read only right?

It doesnt check for admin. Try impersonating as an end user.

i tried impersonting as one of the itil user who doesnt have any roles as specifed in acl still its not making it as readonly
