ACL - problem with image field

Hi, I'm quite new to ServiceNow and for education purposes I am creating groups, roles and ACLs for a product application.

The rules for my "Analist" group is to create and read the products, and the "Supervisor" group has permission for the whole CRUD,  but I'm having trouble with this image field. The "Analist" group should be able to create a product with a picture, but this field doesn't show up when I try to create a new record.

Here is a print of what should be (when I impersonate a supervisor or as admin):

The problem is just with this field. Already tried to create an ACL with rules just for this "picture" field but it didn't work either. Any thoughts?

Hi @comar80 ,

 

Check the table and field level write acl. that might be blocking. Alos enable debug to check which acl is failing.
