Hi,
I have been task with creating a new role that allows a user to only be able to edit 1 fields on the Incident table.
I started with creating a read ACL and adding in the new role, but when I tested the role it does not show any records in the Incident list view.
I ran the system security debug and it shows that the Read ACL for the role I create resulted true.
But still I cannot read the records. It's also not letting me change the view of the list to Default View. When I switch it to Default, it changes it back to Self Service view.
Am I missing something?

I figured out the issue, there is a business rule on the Incident table called Incident Query that is where the issue is. That business rule would have to be updated.
