Please provide an example of when you use Access Control
Record in ServiceNow?
A. To make the updated field on the incident form editable for admin but
read only for ITIL & ESS users.
B. To make the updated field on the incident form editable for admin but
read only for ITIL users.
C. To change the security Mechanic settings.
D. To move the admin to selected column with high security settings

I correct my answer here, as it is asking for an example, so A & B are the right answer, but if you ask the purpose of ACL, C is the right answer.
