Action Outputs not populating Inputs of next step in flow

Hi all,

I am working on a flow in Flow Designer and I have copied the OOB "Create Remote Incident" action.  I modified the script in the Parse Response step because the response I am getting from the target instance has different variable names than what is listed in the OOB action.

I am using these outputs to feed an action later in the flow but the values do not seem to be captured from the response I am getting (see below the response, as well as how I am using the outputs and the results of my test).

I can't understand why I am not getting any values here because AFAIK it should work.  Any help, as always, is appreciated.
