Activating plugins fail on PDI

Hi I tried to activate several plugins to my PDI which I just installed but it seems they keep failing?

Don’t worry, it happens sometimes. You just need to try again. Please clear the cache first and then retry.

PDIs do not come with official support, so occasional issues like this are expected. @TijsV
