Active Chat automatically closed once the available agent click the accept button

Hi Guys,

I'm new in Agent Workspace, we encounter an issue in which the live chat automatically closed once the available agent click the accept button and its a bit tricky because it only affect 1 agent only it not happen to other.

Is there anyone who encounter the same issue or there is a documentation to fix this.

We have encountered the same thing on Washington Patch 6.  We have more than one agent affected and it seems random when it occurs.  Will be opening a case with Support.

We are also facing the same issue for couple of users. Please share the fix if you got any.
