When entering instance URL, it routes every user to ESC.

Hi All,

After Xanadu upgrade, when any user irrespective of any role trying to login in in our instance, those are routed to the Employee Services Center.

Please guide what's the probable cause.

Are you using SSO? It could be in the redirect script. Did you check on the skipped changes? Has something been reverted that shouldn't have been reverted? Where should your users be redirected to? Is it the employee center or the backend, or should it be SP? 

Did you customize configuration in the past that now isn't called correctly anymore?

Thanks for reverting.

We have retained the changes and all the changes are there which should be there. 

We are using both local login and SSO for different users.
It should route to backend if user is having any role else esc.
