Active Itil users login source report using Performance Analytics?

Hello Experts,

 

We have a ask to be achieved using Performance Analytics. The ask is to know the active itil user last login and whether last login was through service portal or through servicenow console?

 

We are new to performance analytics module, we have tried creating indicators, breakdown, automated indicators and widgets taking syslog_transactions table in to consideration keeping breakdown conditions like source is service portal or servicenow console, last login is last 7days, role is itil . But when we add the widget to dashboard, we couldn't achieve the ask.

 

Anyone familiar with this module can guide us to achieve the ask? Kindly provide your response which could help us.

Using PA for that is not a good idea, table is huge and has Table Rotation. So you can miss some events. I suggest you start here on what PA is good for and how to configure related reports/widgets.
