Reporting using Performance Analytics

Hi

 

I am working for CSM/FSM Workspace on Cases

My requirements is to build a PA dashboard to show:

Build a daily report that shows the number of emails processed by each agent (Assigned to).

The report must support filtering by Internal Team vs External Team (Assignment group).

The report should be exportable (CSV/XLSX) and support historical viewing by date range.

 

I am not familiar with Performance Analytics.

Anyone have any idea how to configure.

If anyone knows please share some sample steps.

There is no need for PA—you can do it with normal reporting. Create a report on the Case table and include fields like Assignment Group. It’s simple

Hi @Are Kaveri ,

 

As @Dr Atul G- LNG have mentioned, you can build the reports through platform analytics, and you don't need performance analytics to do this.
